I am told by many that the North Rim is better, not because the view is all that different but because it is quieter. I can’t attest to that since we haven’t been to the south rim, but it was a peaceful day. One of our future goals is to hike from one rim to another and maybe throw in a rafting trip down stream in the process. You can make what you want of the grand canyon from a $10 visit to a several thousand dollar adventure. What’s your desire for the Grand Canyon?
